The IPS e.max® CAD Crystallization Tray is a firing tray for the crystallization of IPS e.max CAD restorations as well as for the stains and/or glaze firing of IPS Empress®CAD, IPS e.max CAD and IPS e.max ZirCAD restorations with the IPS e.max CAD Crystall./materials.

The IPS Speed Tray is required for the speedcrystallization of IPS e.max CAD.

To carry out the firing, the restorations are placed on theIPS e.max CAD Crystallization Pins supplied with the tray.

The IPS e.max CAD Crystallization Pin XS has been substituted by the IPS Crystallization Pin 1 due to a change of supplier. In this context, the design of the pin was also optimized. The new design has several advantages:

• Thanks to the new shape of the tip, the Pin can now also be used for smaller crowns and not for abutments only.
• The round body makes easy rotation of the Pin possible.
• The conic lower end ensures good hold of the Pin in the tray.
